Blessings in the Coming Kingdom

“I am come into my garden, my sister, my spouse: I have gathered my myrrh with my spice; I have eaten my honeycomb with my honey; I have drunk my wine with my milk: eat, O friends; drink, yea, drink abundantly, O beloved.” (Song 5:1)

“God’s way will be known upon earth, and His saving health among all nations.” (Psalm 67:21)

“The nations will be glad and sing for joy.” (Psalm 67:4)

“The proud will be scattered in the imagination of their hearts, the mighty put down from their seats, the humble and meek exalted, the hungry filled with good things, and the rich sent empty away.” (Luke 1:50–53)

“The earth will be as full of the knowledge and glory of God as the sea is full of water.” (Psalm 72:19)

“The oppressor will be broken in pieces, and the enemies of Christ will be made to lick the dust.” (Psalm 72:4, 9)

“The wolf and the lamb, and the leopard and the kid, and the calf and the young lion, and the fatling shall herd together, and a little child shall lead them.” (Isaiah 11:6)

“The people will then be fed with knowledge by pastors after God’s own heart.” (Jer. 3:15)

The world and the kingdoms thereof will then be banded together to serve Jehovah with one consent, going up to Jerusalem from year to year to worship the king, and to keep the feast of tabernacles.—(Zech. 14:16; Psalm 102:21, 22.)

The Dead Sea will be healed, the Mount of Olives cloven in two, the tongue of the Egyptian Sea destroyed, the wilderness be refreshed with waters, and the desert blossom as the rose.—(Zech. 14:4; Isaiah 11:15; Ezek. 47:8; Isaiah 35)

There will then be but one king and one law, and one interest, and one spiritual language in all the earth. (Zech. 14:9; Zeph. 3:9; Micah 4:2; Ezek. 37:22.)
